For location venmo $5 to @peelingline. Put Marina starry flounder in the what's it for section. I'll reply with the location.
In this video I am Using Berkley Power Baits Power Swimmer Swimbaits I show you how to catch bottom fish. The three species I catch are Starry flounder, rock sole and white spotted greenling. I caught my personal best starry flounder of 21 inches. There was a lot of action in the few hours before I needed to go pick up my wife from work.
Other Wildlife in this video include: Lion's mane jellyfish, moon jelly fish, blue heron, cormorant, and seagulls. There were also harbor seals which you can hear but I didn't include the footage.

I haven't fished it in a couple months. But when I did it was slow. I went to both ends of the breakwater. I would think it would get better in a couple weeks once it warms up a bit more. I am unsure though because I have never fished this time of year since I haven't lived here for that long. Probably not a good idea eating bottomfish anywhere near that shipyard. Puget Sound has better spots to catch flounder if you want to eat them.
