Ouch - personally never had it happen to me - if it had to happen better one of those little guys and a #6 freshwater hook than a 30lb'er with a saltwater 4/0 VMC in ya - that would be a trip to the ER for a hook removal - ask Kyle about Chris McCafferty at the canal (lol)
