I use a small baitrunner for this type of fishing no mistaking a bite v liner and little chance of your rod going in if your pouring a coffee

Great video thanks. With the bomb/ feeder do you ever use a back lead, a meter from the feeder, so as not to scare fish near the bait.

Hi Colin, we don’t tend to use backleads on these sorts of methods since bites can come so quickly! But it’s regular to see anglers use Fluoro Hooklengths to keep that bait on the bottom👍

i am kinda use to 4m and 4.20m rods for float or bolognese 6-7m i dont know how i will get use to these 3m rods but i am kinda addicted to feeder/waggler fishing

Those rubber stems are great but if the fish is feeding carefully you miss a lot of fish if so I switch to the inline method

Brilliant info on everything Adam.Just two questions When the fisheries ban elasticated feeder's does that mean you can't use Guru Xsafe also or can you, And please tell what your landing net handle Was and net looked solid after a new one Cheers.

Hi Alan, when fisheries ban Elasticated feeders this does mean that the Guru X-Safe Elastic stems will be banned👍 The landing net handle use is a Daiwa Airity 4m Net handle
