Congratulations John, you've came from barely being able to afford to leave your yard to fishing all over the country. You've worked hard and came a long way baby. :)

I think it would be cool if you would sale coffee mugs that say, holy crap!, that's good coffee! I'd buy one. Loved your fishing stuff and I am not a fisher woman. You got some good ole guys like you to fish with. I love the way you all have a neighborly kindness for each other.

Good to see you back, I love my salt water fish better than fresh water fish, I think its because we ate so many fresh water growing up, it was free if you could catch it, ate what we could get. Enjoyed your video with your friend on the water, noting like time with friends.

Looks delicious. Daniel and I love fresh fish with the head still attached. He like me loves to eat the eyeballs. Plus I can use them to make fish bone broth later. We mostly get trout caught in our creeks. I miss all the fresh fish I ate when I visited my relatives in the Philippines in April of this year. Well I'll be visiting them again with my mother and sister in two year since our brother is going next year. I wonder what he'll do. Sis and I love the Filipino food. Although he was the only one of the three of us born there he doesn't like the food. One time Mom made an awesome Salmon head sinigang - Filipino sour soup and my most favorite food. I love all versions of it except for chicken. My preferred though is using bone in pork. I also roast the fish in oven when I want to keep it whole as I don't have a pan large enough or simmer in vinegar, onion, garlic, and ginger.

Love catching sheepshead! We used to catch giant ones out of Galveston Bay. Some were big enough to straighten out a treble hook. They were good eating too. Really enjoyed this video. Take care and God Bless👍

Great to see you again! I was wondering if you you were still around. I saw you on Richard Gene's Pensacola video and now on your own channel. Don't stay away so long, we miss you. BTW I hope that your Boat Motor is rated for Salt Water, My brother lived on the Gulf for several years and he said that he saw a lot of regular motors ruined by corrosion from the salt.

We were told by commercial fisherman that took us out in the Gulf off of Louisiana that Sheepshead were made into imitation crab. They are fun to catch, almost jumping into the boat. We were fishing off of an oil well leg.
