Fishing in northern California and catching multiple species

After attending the fishermans life street fair we decided to do some fishing out in sf. We catch multiple species and release every singe thing caught.

Is there a fee to park in there? Last time i tried to fish there the lot was full because of a game Rock crab is open all season. It has to be 4in. You can't keep dungy inside the bay

@KnightOfZero117 Last time we fished there we didn't have to pay a fee but I'm guessing only when there is an event is when they charge to enter. The first year we fished there it was completely empty . Also thanks for the info on the crabing regulations he was just doing it for fun,only catch and release
