As an angler of sixty years, i'd love to know when two pound bream suddenly became skimmers. Skimmers were always hand sized in my day. Great relaxing video.

Hahaha! TOTALLY agree! It’s been beaten into me since I’ve lived in the south. Seems anything under 2lb is now a skimmer, but I’d love to see anyone ‘skim’ a one or two pound bream 😄 Thanks for watching and commenting 👍🎣

The reason I ask is as I am based in Chertsey, although I have joined Godalming Angling society I am looking for somewhere a little closer to home that I can pop over too after work.

Why do you have to have music playing while you talk ? - couldn't watch , its annoying and distracting .

I’m seriously confused - there is about 30 seconds of music in a half-hour video, towards the beginning, and I am not talking at the same time?! 🤷🏻 It’s just a brief bit of music with some shots of the pond. How you found me hard to understand I’m not sure - it seems you were watching another video as I don’t talk over music at all - but thanks for at least giving it a go and happy viewing elsewhere 🎣
