Hello, I like your videos, they are very emotional and educational to learn, I am Cuban and I like to fish with my husband on the weekends, I like that you show the lures and explain your goals. Keep it up every now and then I check the bell

Tides always have the water turning over and should keep water clean. In my opinion the industrial areas tend to appear less clean because the water ain’t as clear but I think it’s because the industrial areas are usually on bayous with muddy bottoms that would have dirty water even if the industrial area was there or not. Also, really small pinfish and LYs are the best inshore black snapper baits.

Another Killer Video Brother ! I have been fishing industrial areas for about 45 years over here on the coast of Texas and Louisiana, I do not give much thought about the cleanliness of the water.That’s because of the currents and tides,,, have been catching and keeping legal redfish,flounder,speckled trout and sheepshead for a long time !!! Please Keep The AWESOME VIDEOS coming our way !!!!!!!!

With saltwater and current and tides I don't give an industrial complex much thought on keeping fish. Most of the fish I keep come from a very busy port wall which is a highly industrial area. But there is plenty of current and tidal action to keep contaminants from building up. I'd think twice if the water was stagnant in the area I was fishing. Love the catch, clean, cooks and the content in general! Tight Lines!

4:54 that was an important verbal pause you put there. I plucked 4 crappie out of a roadside ditch last night and am frying them up tonight if that answers your question. The toxins we should be concerned about are mercury in big game fish, but other than that I don't bother with it.

I fish in an industrial area in Galveston Texas. it’s the channel between Galveston and pelican island. That’s about the only area I will keep fish. No way I would in the Houston complex like Buffalo bayou. Way too much industrial waste. I get that fish move from location to location but I’m not eating anything out of Houston.

Nate are mangrove and lane snappers fast growers ? What makes red snappers so special ? Seems like everyone prefers the meat from Mangrove and Lanes.
@southernsalt
@southernsalt 10 ай бұрын
Honestly I think it’s mainly because red snapper are whole lot easier to catch especially the offshore mangrove, they are pretty finicky
