To all fishos if you want trout out Arapuni this is the setup 70 yrs of knowledge free info ,trace 150 feet of leadline then backup ,pearly lure.You troll close to weed ,the lead line gets the lure down under weed edge bang trout + when i was younger 40 to 50 trout we even returned under 6 lbs back to lake first conservationists lol , a trip no probs this was a secret setup passed down to me by the plumber from Kihikihi who has passed .This rig is a trout slayer on Arapuni especially before the Sticks a spot on a Arapuni any one who fishes there will know .Anyway no gain to me im in Oz and to old but its nice to pass it on .

Nice episode guys. You mentioned your Minn Kota is having some issues. Would be interested to know what these are. After first year mine has been braking down pretty much every 12 months and there seems to be no end..

Great session. Here in NSW, Coffs harbour we catch plenty of snapper with 8m deep diving red white halco lures. We drag them behind our kayaks and catch them in 20 m of water. Would love to se you guys do some fishing here in aus. man you guys would love catching GT
