Hey guys, was jake up in central Wisconsin fishing earlier this week, I drove by a boat on the water looked am exactly like his. And now that I think of it looked exactly like Jake. Great video and nice new boat and camera set up. I recall seeing Salmon fishing where they had a camera on the down rigger weight. It showed many Salmon following up and swimming behind the Flasher and lure combo. Yet not hitting but those that did strike the lure it was a different perspective to watch. I was wondering if you have considered putting an under water Go pro on your boat? That would be a different point of view as well. Keep up the great work. 💪🏼🙏🏻✨

Great new rig Jake, there's a guy in Waupun WI who makes casting decks that look totally factory. His name is Randy Mulder... might to a nice upgrade for the new boat, will definitely give more room to the guy fishing the used water 😉

Don't forget to look at the days leading up to the day you fish. Warm days or weeks will push them into the shadows. High oxygen mid summer cabbage!

How are your Revo Toro beasts holding up, my thumb bar has been releasing when I have the big cranking handle on but is fine with the power handle, you guys have any issues with the thumb bar engaging mid cast?

They are holding up very well overall. But I've definitely had the thumb bar engage mid cast a number of times this season on me. It's interesting that you've noticed that same issue. The specific models that we have experience with are the T2, not the latest T3. I wanted to run that issue by Mat's Reel Repair this winter to see if there's anything that can be done to stop that early engagement from happening. Thanks for watching! - Ross

I switched from using the multiple setting power handle to the counterweight power handle, I don’t think I’ve had it engage on me while in cast besides sometimes accidentally bumping the handle. Jake

@@BurninEights I have the T2 as well High Speed 60 size, I just cracked it open and gave it a good clean, hopefully that helps.

@@Nate-nn9sk the only other thing I can think of that can help is turning the rod/reel to the side so the handle is parallel the where you cast so the momentum doesn’t pull the handle forward. Besides that I think it’s just the nature of the lopsided weight on those big power handles. Jake
