Fishing New Waters with UFC Fighter Tito Ortiz

I flew to California to go fishing in new waters with UFC Hall of Fame Fighter Tito Ortiz. The goal was to catch yellowtail, bluefin tuna, and white seabass. The fishing was very slow, but I managed to catch six new species of fish. Tito Ortiz is a great fisherman and I had a lot of fun with him in California.

I've fished in both Cali and Florida. Cali is more about skill and fish size while Florida is more about luck and fish rarity. That said, I prefer Florida even though fishing requires less skill there but I like catching exotic fish.

We get them all the time in the north east. They are delicious. They are really good raw and taste just like hamachi that you order in a restaurant. Very white meat but so good. Only if you bleed them though, like all tuna.

Right shark also known as the dog shark really good eating low ammonia in them and really easy to fillet and de fin we used to target these species in new Zealand where you find some of the best fish recipes yum yum
