Bro that didnt seem like a sting ray.. more like a shark .. those were long runs
@XtremeH187 жыл бұрын
It's crazy that you say that, I was just talking to my cousin telling him the same thing. I honestly don't think it was a ray. When I had it close I never saw any sand pick up off the bottom and my leader was scuffed up from rubbing on it's body. I had fought a ray shortly after and the fight was different.

XtremeH18 Yeah man ive hooked plenty of Rays and they gas out after that first initial run then they're pretty easy to drag back in.. you'll get em next time bro! Great video! Thats what fishings all about

You should have gotten down from the pier and do it Hialeah style give chase. Lol. That jack head makes for some great shark bait. Have you guys ever gone out there with generators and light at night. Great video
@XtremeH186 жыл бұрын
LOL @ Hialeah style! 😂 I would've but if a ranger or FWC officer see you fishing outside of the docks they kick you out. They sure do, from what I seen and heard. Would love to fish there at night but the park closes at sundown. Thanks! 👍

Good morning brother. Dude I watch your videos and see you guy's always catch at bill baggs but everytime I take my sons there we never catch anything. We hang a chum bag and use live shrimp and squid and lil bait fish as well. Any tips??? Trying to get my son's to catch so they don't get discouraged and quit fishing....know what I mean???? Thanks
@XtremeH184 жыл бұрын
Good morning Marcus, sounds to me like you are doing everything right. That's the thing with Baggs, it's all about luck. I been there plenty of times and gotten skunked. What I would suggest is, to take them out to the Keys. The chances of catching fish are a lot higher out there. Good luck! 👍🏻
@Marct26264 жыл бұрын
@@XtremeH18 thanks for replying my brother hope all is well with you and your family and I'll let you know when I hit the keys see if that works out thanks for the tip I just don't want my boys to get discouraged and give up fishing you know what I mean

Marcus the first bridge you see when you’re entering Black Point Marina, if you go under the bridge there are a bunch of small mangrove,Lane, and other types of bait fish that you can sight fish. Water is really clear and you can see the schools of fish all in that spot. There mostly under sized with a few keepers but if you use very light tackle it will 100% entertain you and the kids. Hope this helps.

I don't really know but I can tell you it was a beast! I had it close enough were I could've seen it but the water was murky. I honestly think it was a shark.

@XtremeH187 жыл бұрын
Jajaja... Gracias amigo! Tengo Las dos un 6500 y un 8500. Pero como siempre, el pez escogió el pequeño 4000. Iba a dejar que tomara la línea, pero ya yo estaba invadiendo el espacio de otras personas. No pensé que iba a volver a corre otra vez.
