Fishing One Of The Most Beautiful Lakes In Arizona!!

Ayyyye whats up guys and welcome back to another video! To kick off 2018 we decided to head to one of the most beautiful lakes in Arizona, canyon lake, in search for some big fish and awesome cinematics! Im so excited and anxious for 2018 I know its going to be a great year and im going to try to pump out as many awesome videos as I possibly can this year!! Been to this lake many times. It is gorgeous, even saw Bighorn Sheep on the ridge side. Never able to catch a fish, always too crowded. From jet skiing to skiing to cliff diving and race boats it was way too busy.

Yeah great video! Good job on the catching of the fish and the fishing itself. Fishing Lake Mohave and my section of the Colorado has seemed slow over the last year. Therefore I've taken up the Cinematic side as well. Great job I dig your edit and the music selection was pretty dope. One Thing the description didn't tell me and I got to know is what camera did you use besides the GoPro? I've done nothing but film on the GoPros for the last year and looking to get my first awesome camera thinking bmpcc4k when it comes out. Happy Gills Fishing I use a Sony a6300. And yes that is a good little camera should change the cine camera game! If you’re wanting a more versatile camera I’d go with a dslr you’ll have more control over what you’re filming but the bmpcc is great for run and fun filming

Hey just wandering where you got the wood mount for your trolling motor, I have a Jon boat and can’t figure out a want to mount the trolling motor on the front and have it not hit the sides of the boat because the front is triangle shaped like yours! Thx

JohnsonBro Fishing I actually built it myself from a couple pieces of 2x4 and 1/4 inch bolts. If you have to I’d extend a piece off the bow of your boat to mount the trolling motor to. Should give you the clearance you need

I use 10 pound mono with lures and i always bird nest when casting whats a good line size for lures

It really depends on what lure you’re throwing and what rod but for the most part you can do almost anything on 14lb

brandynicole 17 willow springs or woods canyon lake near payson are probably one of the best lakes to camp at during the summer. Won’t be too hot and there’s plenty of shoreline to fish from. Both are beautiful lakes and have developed campsites! I appreciate you watching!!

I’m new to az and can’t find any good fishing, I live about an hour away from canyon, I’ve been there like 3 times but I haven’t fished there, ima try it out but any good recommendations to go fishing near Gilbert/Queen creek. And when’s the best time to fish Down here. I’ve only been here for a good 4-5 months

Kyle Morris the lakes are the best places to catch fish but there’s a few community ponds scattered around that area. Tougher to fish but easier to get to. Morning and evening are the best times

DesertBassin between First Water Cove, and Acacia, there’s some spots you can get to. Then the Laguna boating area is were I go more often than not. Would be awesome to fish with both of you guys.. haha just trying to get in where I fit in lol 😆
