I got a 408 with a pink ribbed shad 6" on a Texas rig with a 6/7oz ( can't remember the oz exactly) on a offset 6/0 hook. You can use 7/0 or 8/0. And I catch unique tiger fish with that set up back to back almost. Green shad works great too
