Finally came back to Peru to test some more guys i started using 7/0 hooks and getting trophy and unique payaras left and right so give that a shot. Also bought the 10kg Fenix to bring along to make it easier.

i just go there to catch arapaima to fill my net up quickly..fish from my boat unanchored,you can reel in the arapaima faster,it only takes seconds,use trolling motor,it sucks sitting on the shore trying to fight with the fish for minutes

So my first 4 bites were all too strong to real In on this setup. Ended up with 4 rods out that I couldn't bring in. I tried to let line out to lose the fish but that didn't seem to work. Maybe they changed this lake since you made this. Love your work. First of you videos that didn't work for me.

Bro i found out one problem, the arapaima will come and take the bait sometimes and it is huge this rod is not possible to land the fish :(

into the left there I caught 2 arapaima on my bottom rods with shiners that's the only bait I had with me

Yeah seems like further to the left means a higher chance of catching arapaima's

I'm level 30 and i have 29k bucks and 25 gold coins, can you suggest some ideas where shall i go and what shall i go for, cuz i need a lot more money and a lot more XP. Get a float rod,6/0 hook,75 cm or 30inch depth and shiners on there and go to saint croix for northern pike.Lots of money.

you can go to michigan even with 1/2 rod setups. You can continue to farm trophy/unique bass in the everglades to gain good XP/Money
