I usually use golden 1/6 or 1/3 but they both catch me a bunch of spots

I would recommend using a mini bass jig (brown or white works best in the same area) mainly will catch anywhere from 1 to 2 pound spotted bass. Normally go for about 98$ to 160$. Good money if starting at a low level.

A bigger hook does the trick. I use a feeder with small minnows on a size 3/0 hook and it ONLY catches bass. With an artificial, I use an offset hook size 1/0 with a 4in shad and do slow straight. I stand at the middle of the bridge and cast into the open water as far as possible towards the middle of the lake. Either way, I get better luck with live/natural bait than with lures. I am a level 14 and am REALLY struggling with the Mad Eye Buffalo!!!

Tumbled across this game about 2 months ago, and when it came time to catch the mad eye...boy...that thing damn near broke my line every single time. I figured out if you use a stronger pole with a longer line run out with your set up you have to have to catch him, you can catch him on the bigger rod and reel him in easier

Wdym you spengled robot, mudwater is the oh spot for collect reeds. Reeds are the most expensive commodity on the game and is essentially for you to buy the boats and kayaks. I think you need to re-evaluate your channnel if you think mudwater is terrible

You have to be using a casting setup to use them you can either use jig heads and any bait you want or you can use bass jigs but you have to be using the correct rod setup
