I can see this turning into some sort of mini series where you explain these kinds of tips or retrieve methods once the hook is set. Would like to see you do a video on how to deal with runaway fish(big fish), when they take large amounts of line before you're able to start reeling them in. I have this issue alot in Michigan when fighting trophy/unique clear & regular muskie & some just seem impossible to reel in. I run an endgame bottom setup(4 heavy chasers) & still get these moment's where they are almost in & I can't quite get that extra foot to pull em up, & they swim out 80+ feet. Extremely aggravating, especially when fighting 2+ other fish. I have a couple tricks up my sleeve, but would love to see you're input on this in a future video as I can see it helping alot of players. im on ps4, when im using a top water lure,...but when reeling in lure ...i i repeatily tap L2 and R2 at same time realy fast it seems to be effective some times to catch fish,but i reel it in the regular way also...at 1 speed

Hello zabby! I tried this technique while bass fishing and it doesn't seem to work for me at all. Maybe because the reel speed at which the bass bite is too low for it to have any effect? Regardless I'd love for you to make more videos on exploring the tips and tricks of this game. Humbly, a fascinated fishing addict.

Zabby can you explain me how you can switch rods that fast? everytime when i press a number to switch to other rod or pick up a rod from rod stand the animation takes ages :C

it goes faster when the rod you are dropping is going into your inventory! So if you are swapping rods it goes slower

Enough for the travel, advanced licence, and extending to next day (1000 I think). With a 198lb keepnet I make 13,000 - 14,000 a day. Usually stay 3 days so overall spend about 13,000, overall gain approx 40,000 - net profit 27,000.

You might have already figured it out, if not. Try a lighter lure or increase your reel speed which is up on d-pad (console). Unsure of PC command.
