same game, just one is a paid version one is a micro transaction free to play. From what Ive read though, the fisherman isnt going to be updated. Im assuming because the devs realized they can make more money with fishing planet over the fisherman.

I bought my major popper from the shop in Mississippi. They should be available in the main store as well. I got a few of them free when I purchased the Mississippi DLC pack too. I think you have to be quite high in levels to be able to purchase them though.

Mississippi is a good lake, but my time has expired for it, I believe. Might not be able to make anymore videos for Blue Crab Island until I hit level 55.

Fishing Planet or the Mississippi map? FP is already available on XBox. They usually release the new content to PC first, then to PS4 and Xbox down the road.
