Yeah I was struggling without the other camera big time! Did my best with a go pro and head torch lesson learnt for next time!

Yeah they are good eating! Just skin them then leave them in the fridge for 24hrs then good to go.

My favourite fish to eat. Sold as rock salmon or huss. Central cartilage but no bones. Shallow fry and then vinegar. Apparently, the fish is in decline and we are now encouraged to release; don’t take my word for that but it’s what I was told.
