We Set Out Back To Carolina To Actually See Mandy's Daughter. Figured While We We're Down There Try To Fish Another Program. Unfortunately That Particular Lake Didn't Fish That Day For Whatever Reason. So I Just Went To Reds And Fished The Lower Pond.
You Almost Have To Fish Right Up On The Banks, So Close Against The Banks, You Wonder If They Can Manage To Get Into That Shallow Of Water. But I Assure You They Can & Do, Especially In That Little Pond. It's That Time Of Year For The Big Carp To Pull So Close To The Banks, You'll See Their Fins. Fishing Is Heating Up As Hopefully The Weather Does The Same. If You Like Hot Wings & Cold Beer And Your Ever In The Mt.Airy Winston-Salem North Carolina Area, Stop By Waldo's Wings & Tell Em A.T.Outdoors Sent Ya.

Alot Of People Might Think Ya Need A $900.00 Set Of Rod's To Be Successful Paylake Fishing, SOMETIMES Good Fishermen Spend To Much Time On Things That's Not Going To Help Em. Seems Like The More I Revert Back To The Old Ways Of Carp Fishing, The Better I Do & The Bigger Carp I NET. It's Super Easy To Find For Real. Ol Garnett Don't Have A Facebook Or Anything Like That, Don't Advertise At All, Straight Up Old School. He's Always Catered To The Community Of Folks Who Want & Like To Fish, But Don't Really Want Or Need To Spend Their Rent And Power Bill To Do It. It's Where I Learned How To Carp Fish That Way. @@ATOUTDOORS Thanks for the help and advice!! We actually stopped by and talked to Garnett for a while. A super friendly guy that took the time to talk to us. Reds was having their championship on Saturday so we couldn’t fish with them this time but definitely will next time we are camping in that area. We ended up fishing at Roy’s over in Traphill and had a good time there. We caught a 24.5 yellow that was the biggest of the night and won us $775. The money is a nice bonus but the memories and time our family spends fishing and hunting is priceless!! Take care and good luck fishing and hunting. Thanks again for the cool videos!!
