Oh Yeah, Definitely Need A Good ROD HOLDER, Because These Wild River Carp Pull Super Hard & You'll For Sure Lose A Fishing Rod. Usually Give It A Couple Weeks And Go Through Everything & Respond To Yall Best I Can. But I Usually Bait Up A Spot With Whole KERNAL 🌽 & Chicken Feed. Generally Don't Take Much Before One Ripps Out. Sometimes We Don't Even Bait A Hole, Just Start Baiting Reels & Casting. But I've Caught My Best Carp On Instant Gritts & Cream 🌽 Pack Bait. My PB At Little Beaver Is 25lbs. Dozens In The Low 20's & High Teens. But They've Run With Chicken Feed, Instant Gritts, Oats, Pretty Much Any Kind Of Pack Bait As Long As It's Soaking Off & Creating A Bait Pile Around Ya Set (Rods) You'll Get A Opportunity To Catch A More Than Likely A 20+ Their's Big Mirrors In There As Well. It's Absolutely Loaded With Big Carp. Alotta Grass Because Of The Damn Geese. Around August Or So, It's Pretty Much Covered. But Their's Some Openings Scattered Around Just Have To Sneak Around And Find Em. They Change Locations From Season To Season. Good Luck Hope This Helps Ya Some.
