Sad to announce that Pirate (Mike) has passed away on November 11 We all love the pics you took of him, they were beautiful and he loved them too He spoke of u with fondness and he will definitely be missed down at the river💙

(resident here) this is quite acurate to fishing on the walkway, the Rock Bass, Bluegill and Pearch will come at you like no tomorrow, but once in a blue moon you'll get something more impressive, also, I've actually seen that guy with the pirate flag mobility scooter, I encountered him on a good night, he had 3-4 walleye and a pike!

I really enjoy how you put your videos together!! It truly is a professional presentation! We’re trying to get Better and are really learning lots from you so thank you for sharing!! Where are you getting your music from?? I love it. That musky!!!!! That was awesome 👏 it’s so funny sometimes you don’t think you’ll need a net and then boom a musky from shore!! I agree that it was an incredible experience. Great explanation about switching to black and changing your presentation! Great video thanks for sharing!

Thanks man! It’s taken about 2 years of shooting and editing to get to this point. I get my music from Artlist.io, which is a paid service. I avoided doing so for ages, but it makes life so much easier. My biggest tip would be to look at your audience retention and see what people like, and don’t like, about you videos and focus on tweaking your future videos based on that info. You’re living, and fishing, in one of the best locations on earth, to make fishing content, so you have a great foundation to build on.

Greetings from the other side of the creek in the state's! Looks like alot of variety over there....we got the deep heavy current side! I use to cross the bridge and play hockey and hit the bars after in Sarnia...nice town! We rarely get Muskie's on our side of the St. Clair river. Alot of Smallmouth bass and Walleye,the occasional Salmon and Trout.Cheers!
@themanformerlyknownascomme7772 жыл бұрын
ah, I'm from the town, and I must say, we likewise didn't get much of this either! (did catch yellow pearch, bluegill and rock bass like no tomorrow though, if you knew where to fish) and we got some heavy current too!

If only you had a rope setup like the guy at the end hey. Nice vid mate. Like the way you blend the drone footage with the GoPro looks good.

Was that fresh water ? Maybe use a tripod land based ? Nice vid
@marxfishing5 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I have gone back and forth on using the tripod to get another camera angle. It’s kinda a pain when you’re constantly walking and casting. I’ll give it a try again next year, since you mentioned it. I think the videos are better with the second camera.

@@marxfishing Yea i reacon it's worth it . lol you should check out chris bannman video's here . kzbin.info that dude does some serious back tracking , or maybe a 360 camera on your head might be easy option, just thought id mention it we all like to improve our video's i know im always open for tips ..👍👍👍

I think what ever works for you. I'm a cinematic freak, would love everything to look like Nat Geo, I've got everything, 3 Sony cameras, 3 gopros, 360 camera, underwater housings, gimbals, you name it but there is only one of me. My favourite part of your vids is your enthusiasm gets me in every time.

Are pike and muskie similar? they look like they are from the same family almost with head and body shape.
@marxfishing5 жыл бұрын
They are closely related, Muskie get bigger, up to 60+ lbs and 2 meters long. The Tiger muskie, which I hooked in the video, is a sterile cross bread between a Muskie and a Pike, so they are somewhat rare to catch.
@fishermansoffice5 жыл бұрын
@@marxfishing wow that's interesting. 2m muskie sounds insane🤣 I have seen some videos with some decent size ones caught on homemade surface lures out of old Broom handles n things like that. I spun out haha.

Zakk s, sheep’s head aka freshwater drum, some of them are a dark color like that, others are more silver, but I believe they are the same species.
