Luke you're kind to let that mature tailor free. Nice catch & good practice. Well done 👍

Hey Luke, the family enjoys your videos. Thanks to continuing to put these out weekly. I'm not sure if you've had this feedback but I'm glad that you have stuck with the faithful tinny. It's great to see you making the most of the good things you have instead of always looking for the next bigger and newer boat. Lots of people find it hard to keep on keeping on with good things. This might just be my opinion because I'm happy running a 1960 Quintrex, it's names Sam o. See you on Lake Mac or in the Entrance if you're looking for a shallow water challenge.

@@huntersfishingadventures5324Soaked wheat works well when there is some tidal flow & when fishing the edge of a drop off as it sinks faster than using pellets alone , bringing the fish into range . Notorious bream spots like the vines , in the Hawkesbury , on the last of a small runout tide ( forget the big tides ) will yield far better results using wheat , where the bottom might vary from 10ft casting one side to 50ft or more on the other , both sides will produce , as the boulder strewn bottom slopes sharply until it hits mud bottom & levels out . Caught bream to 1.5kg there but been busted off many more times than I have won . No place for light gear , heavy leaders to 20lb don’t seem to affect the bite & the fish are educated to the highest degree , not casting too far from the boat & watching for the slightest twitch on the tip are mandatory , there coming towards the boat & the wheat burley & as soon as they feel the hook you must be pumping em up away from the bottom or your done & you’ll spend all your time re-rigging . Of course you can try all different baits until you come to the only one worth having on the boat , chook gut & when packaged commmercially , it’s got aniseed in it , I believe that is why they go nuts for it . 👍
