It's a pleasure to be able to take the opportunity to watch the show and I hope that you will be able to continue to work with your team and provide a great experience for your viewers and the future anglers to be learning from your experience and love of the outdoors.... I have definitely been learning how to approach different types of weather and techniques for snapper and the mighty king fish.. My mother is now based in New Zealand from south Africa as she has her partner Gary who is a new zealander that loves fishing. Gary has a 24 footer boat that is very nice from the photos he has sent me and my mother has been catching huge 10kegger snappers. I will be visiting her next year and maybe I will be able to make it to see you guys for a session out... Big up for the work and fun. you make the videos great to watch never a dull moment even when you're not catching them... I am living in Mauritius and if ever you want to make a trip out here you have free accommodation and the fishing will not disappoint you believe you me... Cool Nato and marlin maybe see you around... Peace and love... tight lines.. From lucky luck Mauritius Indian Ocean....

Hey Nathan and Milan, I just watched your video. Great episode. Makes me home sick! I know that area well. Next time, head to Albatross point, and work the deep channels in close to the coast with your soft baits. A bit of chum or burley would also be super effective. When I managed to get a day with good vid on the west coast, I was free diving around there and snapper up to 10 pound were swimming right up to me. It’s like the snapper had no fear of me. This was in February I think, in the evening time.

I am so happy I discovered this channel. Epic. Question: I'm gonna do my prolly once-in-a-lifetime 4-week NZ roadtrip in a campervan. It's gonna be sightseeing and roadtripping, but of course I'm gonna bring a rod or two. How do you see the chances to catch something small for the frying pan every now and then, purely shore-based? Is it somewhat accepted to sneak into marinas or would you recommend finding a couple of nice rocks instead? No idea what the scene in NZ is like, don't want to step on any kiwi toes ;) I'm mostly looking at the south island west coast.
@TheLateralLine2 жыл бұрын
Glad to have you along mate 😎 Getting a feed from the rocks in NZ is easy where we are in the north island east on coast buy the South Islands west coast not so much! It can be done though. The west coast of NZ see’s a lot of wild weather and big swells making the fishing hard. East coast South Island is better! Meaning less weather. Most marinas are no fishing but there are what’s around where you can fish. It never hurts to ask if you will up set any body fishing somewhere! So just ask and you never know your luck mate. Happy fishing and thanks for watching 😎👍😁
