I have been blessed to have traveled the east coast following the owner in his 150 Feadship with his Hatteras 60 sportfish and i can honestly say i think the chef is the hardest working crew member and its not even close. The rest of us worked in teams but the chef does it all. This mans food looks absolutely insane!! What a tremendous crew assembled here!! When you see high energy crew it generally points to a great owner!! Good stuff Bad Co!!!
