That’s a really interesting knot! It’s sort of like a PR knot jammed against a nail knot in the leader. I’d be tempted to put a 5 turn Rizzuto in the braid both to secure the braid against slippage and to smooth the transition when reeling in. I’ll definitely give it a try when the opportunity arises.
