You were definitely in good hands at Tyers, I remember going there with Jason for his first visit and it was tough but he's definitely worked it out there in the last 9 months since our visit!
@fishingmad8 ай бұрын
Yeah sure was, we fished a few new areas for both of us so was a bit of a scoping exercise but I was pretty keen to fish the entrance. We had a great time and you blokes will have a ball on your next visit. Honestly we caught fish in most areas, i went back with the yak and also caught plenty up the arms.

Got a question, i live in the bay in bayside and wondering where the best place is for catching snapper?
@fishingmad8 ай бұрын
The snapper fishing is a tad slow right now, it should be good in 3-4 weeks when the water temperature drops back under 18 degrees. There are so many good spots all around PPB it does really depend on whether you have a boat/yak/land and whether you fish with bait or plastics. I've been catching heaps around the Bellarine Peninsula on the yak and out deep towards the middle on the boat. We have weekly fishing reports in our members area which shows the area that we are catching them and how were catching them. That might be worth checking out. Cheers
@euancrombie96838 ай бұрын
Yeah I normally go out not eh yak and catch flatty and pinky in Mentone and Beaumaris. Thanks for the help and I’ll check out the members only.
