Great video 👍👍 Yelp Cast nets can be a workout.. My dad showed me how to throw one when I was 8 years old and you don’t have to put a weight in you mouth..Now I’m 48 years old and still throw them all same way it doesn’t matter what size it is.. I throw 4ft to 22ft cast nets it just depends on where I am trying to catch bait . But nowadays I get my son to throw them.. But most all cast nets come with easy throw instructions. And also they now have the easy throw cast nets that you can throw a pancake every time.. But practice makes perfect.. STAY SAFE and Keep’em coming

Another tip for the net bubba, take the lead line and stick it through the loop and it will create another loop put your hand through that loop and pull tight it’ll make a slip knot so you don’t have to worry about the net line slipping off of your wrist!💁🏽‍♂️ just give it a try i promise it’ll make you feel so much more comfortable
