I just ran across this video, you were in my back yard! I'm not a half a mile from there! I grew up fishing this river, I have caught so many small mouth in that area, before the greenway got started,didn't many people know about the small mouth, Lot more fishing pressure on them now. but still a lot of fun catching them! I might do a video on them one day.I know that river from 221 hwy all the way to 99 dam. fished every bite of it.

Nice vid. I went out yesterday on Lake st. Clair and we just killed the Smallies. All of the fish were between 2.5- 4.5 lbs. I lost a 5 + pounder in the first 10 minutes.

Hook, Line, and Sinker haha yeah BUT...I'd rather hook into any size Smallmouth over any other species. Best freshwater fight per pound on the planet. Largemouth are my 2nd choice, then Pike and maybe Walleye.
