Just found your site and enjoyed your vid. Will be coming to John’s pass for a vaca. For a week in June and saw where you fished . Is there parking on the other side of the beach where you were fishing? You were very nice to give that gentleman the fish. Very informative. Thanks

Thanks grew up in Madeira Beach years and years ago way back when it was a two-lane road and the old bridge, and it was lots of parking on the Southwest area you could catch huge redfish and snook flounder sheephead trout bonnethead sharks ect , a lot of places nowadays have be come so commercialized in tourism but a lot of good fishing areasare hardly accessible or not accessible at all, most of the laws of changed fishing from the approaches on the bridges ect, which sucks for us no boat guys"

John's Pass holds a tremendous amount of baitfish due to the depth and strong current. The baitfish in turn attract all kinds of predatory fish. There are some big snook, tarpon and cobia near the bridge. Plenty of legal snapper and an occasional keeper gag grouper. The gulf side of the pass holds pompano, flounder, trout, whiting, redfish, and mackerel, depending on the time of the year. You will always catch something there if you know what you are doing, and Bush is an expert. Thanks for another great video.
