Jesus, Fatty is noticably smaller now. Not by a huge margin, but its really apparent that Sam has had a positive effect on Fatty and trying to get him to be more active (even if he doesnt realize he's doing it).

His mobility is considerably better now. He still looks grotesque, but before he could barely walk up a flight of stairs. This season he has been running around. Huge improvement. Hopefully he will keep it up.

@MaxHarrison absolutely. Realistically, yeah, we all know he won't be reduced to some beast body type, clearly his body structure isn't made for that. But he will at least improve his quality of life.
