Goin out Sunday supposed to be 75 degrees out. Yesterday afternoon we had snow!!!!

In February of this year we had a huge snow that lasted about 5 days 2 days after it started warming up all the shad went to the shallows and so did the fish. The whole town was cleaning up on crappie and bass. it was something to see. Sometimes after a big snow or cold freezing temps, you get a good warm up and the bait go right to the warm water. Witch was the west bank at our reservoir.

I’m fishing a couple old oxbows, that stack up with bluegill and crappie late in the year before ice up!!!!!

Thank you Richard. I use a size #2 gold perforated Willow leaf blades on an old Beetle spin wire then add a 1/32nd jig head hook size #2 hook and a Bobby Garland jig.

Bought one of those nets after watching some of your videos. Wish you would have shown how many times the jig gets caught up in it. Totally disgusted with it. Went back to my old net. Can’t think of a need for this new one. Hate to sell it to a friend. Might breakup our friendship.

@@FishYanker An ego reach. The rubber is beat up from catfish. Using zip ties to hold the rubber to the metal. Still works. Just wanted something newer.
