where did you get that chain?
@FishYanker3 күн бұрын
It's just a safety pin stringer that I bought at the bait shop. I took one Hook off and slipped on a rubber fuel line that I bought from the parts store. They had some neon colors. It helps cut down the noise dragging on the side of the boat.

Hey, fish yanker! Got a question? Was wondering how deep you usually let your jigs hang in the water column when your using a slip bobber for the most bites?
@FishYanker3 күн бұрын
I usually have my jigs setting between 16 and 18 inches. Every once in a while I'll go to 20 inches.

If the cash River gets into any of them lakes during high water. Then they should have crappie in them because the Cache River is full of crappie. The problem with Cache River it's usually too muddy to crappie fish so you have to go up into the Creeks until the water starts getting a little bit clear.

What size bobber is that for a bobber stop to work on the bottom?
@FishYanker6 күн бұрын
I started using Northern light bite 7/8 oval slip bobbers again. The hole in the tube is a little smaller so the bobber stoppers work a lot better. Small Barber stoppers work fine with this father I have a link down below a lot of most of the videos for The bobbers.

Hey Yanker, definitely have to watch the storms. Have rain here in southwest Missouri again today. Lake levels are high and the creeks are running strong. Have seen a lot of debris floating. Managed to get out on Sunday, but only managed to get small green sunfish. If and when the weather straightens out I'll be back out there. See that you have more than one ACC rod in your boat. Great video.👍🎣❤️

Yes sir been caught in some pretty rough storms before. Not to fun. I'm about ready for summer so all this water will calm down and I'll have a whole lot more fishing spots. Yeah I'll have to use that other ACC crappie stick and test it out a little more. So far I like the 6 ft 2 dock shooter. Works really great.

Your videos are great! Can you answer me this….Why do you use jig heads so much? Is it a weight/hook combo or does it sit better than a traditional hook? No doubt what you are doing works but im just getting back into bream fishing and need to increase my results
@FishYanker10 күн бұрын
Thank you. The main reason is so I only have one object below the slip bobber, easier to cast endless tangles. Also a flash of color to draw attention. And probably my favorite reason to use one is I have a handle, easy hook release. I have nothing against traditional I did it for years this just works great for me for what I'm doing now.
