That's just a P-38 thing. When you stall it may flip. Was down to the pilot's inexperience with the Lightning.

love p38 missions. need more of it. Another quick question. Is your map large enough for you all to hang external tanks? IL2 world is small enough for you to go anywhere with internal fuel only.

It might not be big enough to necessitate bags for civilian flying, but it seems prudent to have extra fuel for when a bullet inevitably pierces a fuel tank. The self-sealing takes a few minutes to act, after all.

Fishyyy, I couldn't understand why you were being so crabby with Boris, until the 🍻 comment. Anyway I was under the impression that P-38 squadron flew in a echelon formations? It's amazing that the 38 was the only Frontline American fighter,(unless the AirCobra counts) that had a cannon? Does that strick anyone else odd?

I've been playing IL2 1946 a long time and I cant figure out the multiplayer points system? Do any of you know how the poi ts are allocated........5 points for a hit.....? 20 points for a kill? I'm trying to figure it out?🤔
