The reload thing explained. Kinda. This game actually gives you a realistic reload. If the rifle is completely empty, you reload and it'll only give you 30 rounds. Itll put a round into the chamber and so then the mag will be at 29 rounds. If you reload yet again, it'll give you a 30 round mag so the total will be 31 rounds. This will give you the absolute maximum round count. Even CoD doesn't do this. So it's surprising that they incorporated it into this game.
