Fissure hole best hobe red meat khao na. Sit bath korte hobe daily specially after defication with betadine or normal salt with turmeric atleast 3 month. Valo lagleo continue korte hobe. Roz Isabgul khete hobe. Sir jeta bollo sitz bath bondo kora jabe na bondo kore dile abar hoye jabe. Daily okhane ano metrogyl ba borolin lagate hobe. Use ice for pain relief. Less oily food avoid maida. Eat green vegetables fruit with pulp. Eat boiled black chana not raw soaked. 10 km walk daily if possible atleast 8 km a day.

Uske baad Borolin bhi lagaye .. ya fir soframycin , I am suffering from fissure for many months on and off … so I have have done lots of research and borolin ka bahot positive review hain . I live outside India so hard to get all these medicines but please if you can try borolin after sit baths (3 times a day)
