Brother you are a legend. Im very very thankful for your video. There’s a bunch of nonsense out their in regards to this issue. Especially here in Canada where healthcare is absolutely garbage and they do everything to avoid spending time and money on you like surgery. I’ve been struggling with this issue for a year now and they keep prescribing me nifedipine ointment and telling me drink water and eat high fibre. Even though I only eat vegetables now and drink 3 litres of water a day plus sitz bath as well. I will now book my ticket and get the surgery done in my home country from a reputable specialist. I was always seeking someone who can properly tell me about my problem, but doctors, surgeons don't have time to explain. May be when surgery done, then the surgeon tells me about everything because he got paid for that. Thank you so much sir.
