I had 2 surgeries 8 days ago. 12 and 6 o’clock. 12 o’clock surgery has a wound and 6 o’clock has dissolving stitches. The problem is, after 4 days of surgery I got this excruciating pain in my wound. I take 3 painkillers and one injection. Is it normal?

Mera 4 din pehele fistula ki surgery hue hai or bohat zada dard hai abhi bhi or main baith bhi nahi pa raha hun…. Meri external opening 7 o’clock or internal opening 6 o’clock par thi…. Yeh sab jhoot hai k aap 4 din me kaam par jaa sakte ho 10 din me office join kar sakte ho… aisa kich nahi hai…. Aap ko bohat zada pain bardasht karna hai or office se kam se kam 15 days ki leave lena hai…. Mujhe yahi sab bola gaya tha k aap 4 din me baithne lagenge or 10 din me office jaynge or itna zada pain bhi nahi hota hai…. Bhai bohat zada pain hota hai main har roz rota hun pain ki wajah se… or dressing k time par bhi bohat dard hota hai jab zakham ko clean kiya jata hai…. Meri aap logo ko yah advies hai k surgery ka koi alternative option dekho jo dard or taklif se main guzar raha hun aap mat guzro….. Dr. Chintan agar aap mera yeh msg padho toh pls reply karo k main kya karo mera fistuleetomy hua hai

Hi Doctor, I was suffering from fistula 2 cm away from anal verge. just got my fistulectomy done on 26/07 evening. I was discharged same night. Doctor has not asked to do the dressing daily. I met mu doctor again on 29/07 and he says it is healing well and I can see him again after 7 days. I am taking sitz bath 2 times a days and applying ointment 2 times a day. My questions are: The pain is not reducing. What to do. Open wound will affect the healing? Bleeding is still there. How many more days the bleeding will continue?

No lifting of weight more than 5kgs for 3weeks. Walking can be started after 3rd/4th week. Stair climbing slowly is okay after 1st week. Avoid nonveg atleast for first 20-25days.then along with fibre, one can have nonveg in limited quantities. But not to get constipated by having more protein. Avoid eggs as much as possible. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits especially vitamin C.

@@anjuyogi8473 I asked, searched for fistula treatment. Everyone suggested surgery only. If you have time then go for ayurvedic pills. But please avoid rice too. Consume pudina/ consume daily pudina chatni . Eat jwari chapati, this will help you to clear your stomach. Eat maximum salad/ cucumber. And remove your toxins by going for a walk or run.

Sir mera open surgery hua hai fistulorogram ka abhi mera recovery hua hai kafi jo cut hai wo abhi thoda hi hai. Agar zyada chalta hu abhi to kajori lagti hai or wo pani nikalta rahta hai. Mujhe job pe jana hai to kya main abhi ja sakta hu mujhe baithne nahi ho raha hai abhi bhi sahi tarah se stable baithne pe dard hota hai. Pls kuch suggest kijiye mujhe
