Nritarutya dance company had organised a workshop for ladies . This workshop was organised for making the "Gen A" fitter and stronger .
The workshop was divided in different sections
1. Warmup
2. Surya namaskar on Chair
3. Cardio based workout on chair
4. Workout with props like Bottles and towels
5. Tabata format.
