She joins them. 10:29 bruh ik Anupam knows a lot of things but he is wrong ... I'm a student of buochemistry and even though oligofructose is a sugar chemically it is not considered so. It serves as a prebiotic fibre which is good for gut bacteria and is very less absorbed by the body compared to glucose or sucrose, thus gives very few calories.
