I worked for Entergy Corporate downtown so we always got Mardi Gras off which was awesome! And I lived in Metairie so the parades were awesome but more low key than downtown NOLA. Although I did get to experience that before kids and it was fun for that season 😂❤

I marched in mardi gras when i was in high school band. Now i realize there isnt just ONE parade. I dont remember which one it was. I remember we practiced for weeks for stamina because the parade was several miles.

My Sam’s didn’t have the sauces 😭. I feel the same way about Pride Parades as you do Mardi Gras Parades. I’ve been to Chicago’s and St Louis, i’m good with just saying happy pride and staying home. I used to make smashed potatoes all the time when I was in college, they are so good. I forgot all about them. Which Kinder’s seasoning is your favorite?
