I have 3 teenagers, one with autism and I also work full time, the past few years I workout at 5:30am Mon - Thursday, it’s not easy committing to that, but I do it anyway, it’s my only free time in my day… But, Lately I’m feeling my age creeping up on me ( almost 53) and I feel like I can’t keep up with the younger girls in my training group, but I also know working out and building muscles is going to help me so much in the future. Listening to you is very motivating 💪

You’re amazing and very inspirational! A few years ago I, early 40 I was like that, I could do it, but the last 2 years, 47 now, perimenopause kicked in, and everything changed. I still lift weights, but really need to listen to my body, otherwise my hormones will be all over the place. Can anyone relate?

Love, love, love this! I have 2 adult "boys" 22 & 24 and I miss doing all the fun themed birthday parties! Cherish every moment! The snackle boxes came out great! I do snackle boxes when we go to the beach. Thanks for the Monday inspiration ❤

Early mornings are liiiiiife! Haha I hate lifting anytime other than 4am. That’s my “me” time 👌🏼 I love seeing everything I do for myself in my morning routine before I even start the day. And don’t even worry about your deadlifts! It’s such a rollercoaster of weights not always feeling the way you know they “should”. Had me dying at Pinterest Whore 😂 right there with ya!

Im literally talking at the TV saying how good that dinner with the chicken thigh looks. I could literally eat those everyday and never get sick of them. I’ve been eyeing that bread you’ve been eating for breakfast. That’s going to be my first addition to my diet after the shred.

Girl, tske a nap for 2 hrs . You got the boys but can you do that at all? Sleep makes a big difference because I don't do enough so I see the difference when I do sleep. Try to take naps . You'll Still sleep at night!!❤

Hello, you mentioned creatine in the pre workout. I use to do that but then someone mentioned muscle recovery so I switched to taking it post workout. And ever since I keep forgetting to take it post workout. Your thoughts on this please? Ty

I’m trying to figure out if the reverse is for me? I’m 170lbs and got down to 155 but gained weight over the holidays and I’m having a HARD time getting it off again. I’m doing lots of weight training and doing cardio. Help! Lol and I meal prep and eat healthy

The Reverse is to maintain or restore your metabolism. It's not a period for weight loss intentionally. Depending on your daily caloric intake it may be good or the shred may be a better option
