Taking magnesium in the pm helps with absorbing most of the vitamin. Its a natural sleeping aid that calms your body. And while you're sleeping your body is repairing & rejuvenating itself so that way in the morning you can have your first bowel movement because magnesium helps with pooping. Also, we accumulate so much toxins during sleep that pooping first thing in the am is important to feel a cleaner sense of energy & awakeness. Every time I'm backed up im more sluggish, easily tired after some form of activity & my digestion is slower as well. At the end of the day you can still take magnesium in the am but for optimal absorption & overall benefits before bed is recommend. (:

I read your comment before I went to bed last night and im not lying I got out of bed and took the magnesium pill right after!! thank you mindy LOL. I wasn't even tired either but I kid you not, I was out like a light 20 min later. so helpful & informative!

@@JazmineGarciaTV lol happy to help! ♡ 2020 I got severely ill, saw 2 holistic health specialists, & a nutritionist & slowly worked my way in healing my body. I also take magnesium & noticed a difference when taking it in the pm as compared to the am.

Magnesium is very calming. Try taking it in the evening if you start feeling less productive in the mornings. B12 is great natural energy in the mornings. If you’re just burnt out ofc take your time resting🤍

I know this isn’t gonna be helpful for everyone but I find that if I go straight to the gym from work before going home, then I always get it done. If I were to go home first then it wud be a wrap for sure 🤣

Jazmin - quick note: Make sure you take the magnesium at night - it helps sleep better. Also, vitamin D should be taken with a fat as it is fat-soluble :)

Antibiotics kill off bacteria strains, please don't get fooled and caught up with catchy terms such as good and bad bacteria strains, like bad cholesterol there's no such thing. If anyone wants me to explain cholesterol just ask I'm more then happy to. All bacteria in the microbiome have their own role, there's no evidence to suggest that some are bad over others, now if you have a over growth in one sub strain or you have a foreign strain that enters your microbiome.. Then you have problems. But you're own microbiome strains are pretty neutral. You can also take a "GImap" to figure out which strains you have. Antibiotics kill off strains such as Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, lactococci, streptococci(only certain subtypes) Enterococci, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactobacillus helveticus Clostridium, Faecalibacterium, Eubacterium, Ruminococcus, Peptococcus, Peptostreptococcus, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus Bacteroides, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus, Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus, Lactobacillus, and Ruminococcus, Campylobacter, Clostridium perfringens, E. coli,Listeria, Norovirus, Salmonella. You can take a prebiotic, pro and postbiotic in the form of a supplement sure, but the bioavailability rate is always lower as our intestinal track,our small intestinal track is meant to get its nutrients from food sources mainly and our large intestinal track is where our bacteria strains sit... Some yes is found throughout the small intestines but the large is where the bulk lies. so if you can get your hands on fermented food like yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, pickles, miso, tempeh, kimchi, sourdough bread and some cheeses, that would be far better. Also you really should eat prior to consuming anything listed above and supplements/powders. Your pH levels which for humans sits around 1.5-3.5units in volume will destroy most of those bacteria feeding sources especially when the source is coming from supplements, to limit this you should eat first, wait 10 minutes afterwords and then consume the supplement/food for bacteria strains, this allows more of the content to reach the large intestine which is where the bulk of our bacteria sits. Side note: for future reference BE CAUTIOUS of any antibiotics which comes from the fluoroquinolones family especially "Ciprofloxacin", I don't think we currently have a more dangerous antibiotic to date then ciprofloxacin, there's a reason they have two black box warnings on them. It's not a question about who can tolerate what and everyone is different theory, not its literally a game of luck, are you lucky or not? Just be careful with antibiotics

Damn, you take magnesium in the morning!? I couldn't do that, I take it because it helps cut down on migraines, I used to get them multiple days a week and now almost never. But I take it in the evening as it also makes you tired. For me it's like natures sleeping pill. Also that hoekhome furniture is very cool. I'm like the least handy person ever and struggle to build even the simplest of furniture but that pop into place stuff seems perfect for me and the fact that it even has outlines on it for where everything goes is so good.

I am now quickly realizing the magnesium taken in the morning is 100% the reason I was so sluggish during the day LOL. I really never knew just how calming they are but I had the best sleep of my life last night so it makes sense ~_~ and right!? I was so impressed. theyre heavily targeted for new yorkers who have small spaces and need something convenient. but as a los angeles gal with more than enough room, i'm also just as stoked about it.
