Great review as usual! Never underestimate footwear ladies and gentlemen! Slip punches, leans, rapid angles... put a lot of stress on your knees and ligaments. Poor footwear just begs for a knee or Achilles injury.

UPDATE: So following Fit2Box's recommendation, I did actually buy the Hog 3's, directly from Adidas. I got them for £59, thanks to a 30% student discount. Today was first use and they are amazing! Right from the get go, I felt lighter, quicker and could grip just the right amount, allowing me to easily pivot. Best buy so far! Thanks to Fit2Box for the great review and quick response to my comment regarding hog 2 vs hog 3. If anyone wants a long term update, drop a comment here and I'll come back to you in a few weeks with a better user review. Again, thanks!

I ordered the 8.5 and I find that they're too narrow and same goes for the Speedex 18. I wouldn't recommend these or the Speedex if you have wide feet.

In your experience, does this shoe run big? I’m a US mens 9.5 or 10 when true-to-size, but my Box Hog 3s are too long at the top but still pretty narrow (and I have standard width feet). I was just wondering if there was anything about the sizing worth knowing

I tryed box hog plus and box hog 2. Diference is I would have to take box hog 2 42 1/3 that is I think 8,5 UK and box hog plus are more wide and more for me in size 8 UK.. I would like to order hog 3 as I see it is better quality. I would like to order them right about now But I don't know how they realy are. Venum are True size to me But for about 30e-40€ more expensive with discount 30%.

Wide feet I normally say reebok buck or even rival boots You could try a size up in hyper kos to give a little more room but not sure how that will be for you in the toe length
