It seems spo2 is only measured during sleep. You can't take it on demand. I bought it for a heart rate monitoring and it's not very accurate at all. But I like the design and other features. For accurate heart rate monitoring you really need a chest strap I think. I don't mind the price I think it may have a few bugs since it just came out. Thanks for the video, it was good!!

Just got mine, and so far I hate the thing. Its only been 12hrs, so I will give it another day or so before sending back to Amazon. I dont see what this thing does other than my bpm that my iphone in my pocket cant do?

@@toonylcfc781That’s a common thing with Fitbits and most cheaper watches as it mostly tracks via arm movements so it can be inaccurate if you move your arms a lot. I have the inspire 3 and used to have the 1 and 2 and I mainly use it to loosely track my steps and heart rate to help me identify anxiety attacks. It’s a really nice slim smart watch but it’s not perfect for certain things.
