My one will not set up because a red X is coming on the screen... All the time. I have tried to switch it on and off, both the watch and the Bluetooth and the app. Any recommendations?

Yes curious about if it's actually waterproof especially washing hands and swimming? On top of the water if that matters and how long ? If possible?

I don’t swim much at all these days, so unfortunately I can’t comment on that. I’ve had zero issues with washing hands.

I'll let you know. My previous Sense was waterproof. I am switching to Sense 2 today.I walk in the deep end of the pool with a flotation belt 3-4 times a week for 1 hour (knee replacements & bad back),I couldn't do it on land.

I tested the Sense 2. In the lap pool at the YMCA near me. I usually walk in the walking lane 50-55 minutes with my flotation belt in the 5'-9' end of the pool,then I get in the jacuzzi for 10 minutes. It's waterproof. I've gone 3 times so far.I think watch is rated IP68.

I cant use the Fitbit app properly, when i try to setup wallet it just freezes and wont let me do anything, the same also happens in the gallery the app wont let me scroll to search apps Ive tried reinstalling but still same problem?

No. On Android only, you can respond via voice, emoji, or pre-set quick replies though.

I saw a video a few days ago with Find my Phone for the Sense 2. I got mine today and it's not an option. I noticed you didn't have it either. Do you know if they took that away as well?

This is the set up video for the Sense 2, which has a physical button. The older Sense has a haptic button (you should see an indent on the left side).

Hmm, are you sure it’s the Sense 2? 🤔 Does it have an indent on the left side? Did you buy it from a reputable seller? If you go to Settings > About Sense 2 > Regulatory Info and scroll down just past the address, what does it say for the model number? FB???

Man, you mentioned it but then didn't say anything else... My Fitbit does not have Google Assistant on it.. It says that I can not do voice calls without it. But I cant figure out for the life of me how to get it added. Its driving me crazy

Unfortunately, Fitbit Sense 2 doesn’t have Google Assistant. Only Sense 1 and Versa 3 do.
