Hello friend! Nice video! I have the continuous heart rate measurement option turned on, but when I'm at rest the sensor lights go out but it still continues measuring my heart rate, is that normal? Or do they have to blink the beat all the time even though I am at rest? Unless it's automatic by the watch to save battery.

I like the watch fe but those bezels are huge and its a 40 mm not 44 so the screen is very small but i will buy it anyway 😂
