Everything you need to know about Fitbit Sleep Profile and Sleep Animals.
Wear your Fitbit during sleep at least 14 times per calendar month with sleep stages to get your Fitbit Sleep Profile on the 1st of the month.
10 kep sleep metrics are shown as a horizontal bar chart with your minimum value, maximum value, and your average or typical value. Your data is also compared to other Fitbit users of the same gender and similar age and an ideal range is also shown.
See at a glance what behavioral changes you may need to make in order to improve your sleep quality.
You'll also be assigned one of six Fitbit Sleep Animals that will help summarize your sleeping style for the month.
See a history of your Fitbit Sleep Profile in the app and at a glance you'll see if your sleeping style is changing over time (or not).

I'm a new Versa 4 user and this was so helpful! I kept thinking I had to keep the clockface on my versa in order for the animal to be assigned to me. Now I know it's just a feature with premium and I can change my clockfaces around based on my mood and not worry about it impacting whether I get assigned an animal or not. Thank you!!!!

I truly appreciate your videos, and the information that you provide. I am a blind user of Fitbit. And your videos have been more helpful than the Fitbit app or Fitbit customer service.

My variability is high because of the following reasons. #1 NOTHING is open at 4am! so as a result I tend to sleep in out of boredom on days off(and no I can't just win the lottery and not get up at 4am). I should not be denied a social/love life because my job requires me to sleep from 9pm to 4am. So I'm gonna have to tolerate the 2 hour variance. #2 it's summer, I already have to black out the room to sleep that early, I also have to deal with heat, at work I have a room with an air conditioner(and a very powerful one too)but my AC at home is weak(cant use window units due to high floor) and can't get the room to comfortable temperature until closer to 11pm. #3 I like to see stars, aurora, and other nighttime phenomenon, but half the year it's simply to bright outside of that 9pm to 4am time. If I push it to 11pm to 6am I get an hour of star filled skies.

Make sure your snore detection is off or it will drain the crap out of your battery.
