My husband and I both purchased them back in September. It wasn't a month before I started getting irritation from the band weeks later it burned my husband wrist so bad I have the pictures I sent them back. Now with the call feature it was not rolled up yet which is why I wanted the versa3. After this experience I'm no longer with Fitbit after 6yrs . I will stick with my galaxy watch. Just wanted to add my opinion

@@PJ-we5hd Hi I must admit the battery life was much better with the Versa 3 but could not deal with the irritation from the band and at that time the call feature was not rolled out which was the selling point for me. It just did not work me as I stated before after 6 yrs I had to say bye to Fitbit. I do wish you the best if you make the purchase or if you already have one. I do miss the competition platform I wish Galaxy and Fitbit would work together.

You only have phone call recive feature in Versa 3... You will still have to taje calls from your phone ... I have official reply from Fitbit on this and Google assistant is was expected in Q4 but no news till... All this information is from Fitbit

I'm looking for a Fitbit that I can see the screen in day/sunlight. I noticed when you went through the settings that there was a 'max' option for brightness. I have a Charge 3 but cannot see the screen in the sunlight. Can you help with this?

I already have loads of MP3s. I don't want to pay a monthly subscription just to be able to listen to music I already own. Whoever made the decision to prevent music being loaded onto the device should be disemboweled with a spoon by Fitbit's shareholders, because he/she has possibly finished the company off. After Christmas, people will be queuing up to return them!

The versa 3 sucks. I just bought mine today and the sensor button does not work at all only way to turn it on is by putting It in on charger. I went online and so many people have this problem. Just bought this its ridiculous

My wife and I each purchased the Fitbit Versa awhile ago when they first became available. I didn't use mine right away. When I went to use it about a year later it would not work. Being a big Fitbit Fan, I went and bought another Fitbit Versa II. A little while later, after out of warranty , my wife's stopped working. (would not sync with phone). I noticed that the Versa II had a different charger?? After my Versa II was was out of warranty it stopped syncing also. Now I have three non working Versa's and two chargers and many bands. I was so disgusted that I am also done with Fitb. I sold my last 3000 shares of stock at a loss.

Be very careful when purchasing a Fitbit product. My watch worked fine until Fitbit updated their system beyond my iphone's capability. Now I have a Versa 3 that after only 1 year, CANNOT sync with my device. Fitbit was unapologetic with their help.

I've had 3 Versa 3s and all of them have stopped in 13 months or less without ever touching water. The Fitbit tech even said this was common. Don't buy

I bought mine on the versa official website. It stopped worked after a few months, so Fitbit sent me a new one. The new one stopped working after a few months as well, when I contacted them again they refused to do something about it. I had never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. I spent over 100 USD for something that stopped working a few months after purchase twice! 2 brand new devices!. It looks like all I can do now is to prevent other people to make the same mistake I did and to don't buy this horribly defective watch
