Because of my three year old son's medical condition, Eosinophilic esophagitis, he has a hard time gaining weight, keeping down food and having energy. The disease is fairly new and thought to be linked to the chemicals and additives that are being used in our foods. For this reason, we are in transition to move more toward all natural, organic and chemical free foods. I just received my amazon order of meal prep containers so I am starting with this recipe tonight, tripling it and freezing some of them so that our whole family can enjoy it. I have watched nearly all of your meal prep videos and am excited to try them all. Thanks so much for all your informational videos.
@Easymealpreprecipes8 жыл бұрын
Wow Candace! Welcome to our channel. We have never heard of that condition and yes almost every disease is linked back to the food we eat. Props for making heaps and freezing it. Keep us updated on your son, we are sending him good vibes. =)

Screams cooking meat whole means that the meat keeps more of it's juices, especially when you rest it. When you cut into small pieces the meat has less juice, so it dries out faster. Always cook your meat whole, and then cut once rested, the meat will be far more tender.
@Easymealpreprecipes3 жыл бұрын
Love the tip, Thank you so much Mark.

Sesame oil loses flavour when in contact with heat. You should probably stir fry your food with some other oil(my family uses groundnut oil) and add a couple of dashes of sesame oil at the end for fragrance and flavour. ^_^
@MaZEEZaM5 жыл бұрын
I don’t know what ground nut oil is but we like to use rice bran oil as it not only has a very high smoking point which you want for wok cooking, a neutral flavour, it’s also a healthy oil. Btw, I agree regarding the sesame oil, add it with the other sauces at the end after the rice.
@stuff6728 жыл бұрын
You can keep the back end of the onion so it doesn't fall apart while cutting it.You can dispose of it later after you finished dicing the onion..

You know that something can be organic and GMO at the same time, right? Organic refers to how it's grown, not what type of seeds it's grown from.
@ccddle6 жыл бұрын
Organic farmer here. I can confirm. Buy local, check your labels. Not to scare anyone but GMO contamination is a thing. Unintentional cross pollination between GMO and non-GMO crops, GMO seeds blown onto non-GMO farms, manure containing GMO plant matter... yeah.
