Hi bro, Congratulations on your victory. I know this is a late gratitude towards you. I will be honest I only see your videos every now and then. But really get fired up for my workouts for the week. I just recently started working out strictly as a powerlifter. I had 4 Years of lifting experience prior to doing this but made tremendous progress thanks to the vibe you set here. In a video, you did mention, that never peak every week continuously instead train for 3 Rep Max and that will give you the confidence to achieve your true one rep max or rather at least give you a true picture of your 1RM. I followed this for 4 weeks and increased 10kg on quat in just the said period of time, all the way from 190 to 200. (KG of course). I hope someday in the future I can also have the strength and composure to compete in the nationals. Currently, where I am, I am nowhere near strong enough. You take such appreciation and time, to thank your supporters and that really makes me put a smile on my face. I still have a lot to learn bhai. Mujhe powerlifting karthe karthe 4 mahine hogaya, par abhi tak percentage based training aur RPE based training ka farak thak nai pata. Online pe mujhe samaj bhi nai aa raha h. If you already have a video made on explaining the terminologies in powerlifting for example like RPE, Deload etc etc . These are just the couple of things i know. | Please pin the link to that video if you see this comment.
